She loves getting stuck in wherever she is allowed to help, cracking an egg, stirring a pot, or adding a pinch of something that smells interesting. Sinobia treats every dish as an experiment, mixing flavours that do not usually go together just to see what happens. She is not fussy about getting things exactly right. For her, it is about joining in, having fun and discovering something new, mess and all.
She is just as curious about tasting as she is about making. New fruits, unusual spices, a dish from a friend's house, Sinobia wants to try it all, and she is quick to share her verdict afterward, along with an idea or two on how she might tweak it next time.
Outside the kitchen, she likes setting up little pretend restaurants and stalls, taking orders from her friends and serving up whatever her imagination has cooked up. Offering someone the last bite of a treat or proudly presenting a make believe feast to her family is simply how Sinobia shows she cares.
